Refund and cancellation : cancellations as per the rules and in case of refund; there is every effort to process the refunds, if due, less the cancellation / service fees, as mutually decided between the client & Ontime Travels P Ltd; prior to placing the order, with in the stipulated time of 15 days, but due to current policies / conditions of some of the airlines/hotels/vendors; some refunds may take; extra time.
